Kelley attended Bradenton Christian School, graduating in 2012. After high school, she attended New College of Florida, in Sarasota, Florida, and graduated in 2016 with her B.A. Her area of concentration was political science. For law school, Kelley attended Stetson University College of Law, in Gulfport, Florida, and received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in 2019, ranked #2 in her class. While at Stetson, Kelley was a member of the Moot Court Board, an Articles and Symposia Editor for the Stetson Law Review, and a member of the Honors Program. She was sworn in as a member of the Florida Bar in 2019. In 2020, Kelley received her LL.M, cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School. While at Notre Dame, Kelley was a Riley Scholar and received the Faculty Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy Comprehensive.
Kelley joined Barnes Walker in 2020 and practices in the area of civil litigation. She is a member of The Florida Bar, a member of the Manatee County Bar Association, and also on the Board of Directors for the Manatee County Young Lawyers Division.
