Hello, I'm Rick Gonzalez — Director of Technology here at Barnes Walker. As Director of Technology at Barnes Walker, I provide strategic leadership across all technology functions, including infrastructure, end-user support, vendor management, contract negotiations, and renewals. I'm passionate about aligning technology with business goals, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a secure and collaborative environment for our team and clients.
I also lead the implementation and maintenance of strong security measures, from firewalls and intrusion detection systems to encryption protocols and multi-factor authentication, protecting both firm and client data.
My expertise extends to managing software deployments, vendor integrations, and daily helpdesk operations, supporting attorneys and staff with a focus on responsiveness and reliability.
