Organizational and management abilities required. Background in real estate and quiet title, probate and trust, commercial business, and construction litigation preferred. Wills, Trusts, & Estates Paralegal needed by Sarasota-Bradenton law firm to work in Bradenton office. Must be disciplined and have a strong work ethic. Experience in wills, trusts, estates, and probate/trust accounting preferred, but not required. Experience with HotDocs, GEMS, and InterActive LegalSuite software helpful.
