Order of Taking in Florida Eminent Domain
An order of taking (Chapter 73) transfers title to the condemning authority before full compensation is determined. Authority deposits FMV estimate; owner can withdraw without prejudice. Owner retains right to jury trial on compensation. FL "full compensation" (Art. X, Sec. 6) is broader than federal "just compensation."

- Court enters order transferring title
- Owner withdraws deposit without prejudice
