Florida ownership disclosure: beneficial ownership (Transparency in Beneficial Ownership Act), property defects (Johnson v. Davis), and entity formation (annual reports, registered agent). Corporate Transparency Act (2024): beneficial owners reported to FinCEN; 25%+ ownership or substantial control. Penalties: $500/day civil, 2 years criminal.
