A PUD mixes residential, commercial, and recreational uses within a master-planned community. Flexible lot sizes/setbacks in exchange for more common area. Governed by: PUD ordinance, development agreement, master plan, CC&Rs, and HOA/CDD documents. More flexibility than traditional zoning but requires detailed planning and community engagement.
