Quorum Requirements by Florida Entity Type

FL quorum requirements: HOA 30% (Section 720.306), condo 30% (Section 718.112), corporate majority (Section 607.0725; min 1/3), nonprofit majority (Section 617.0725; min 1/3). Can modify via governing documents. Second call: HOA no quorum needed; condo per bylaws. Ensures business continues despite low participation.
