Radon Gas Disclosure

Radon disclosure informs buyers/tenants about potential radon. Radon: invisible, odorless radioactive gas; second leading cause of lung cancer. EPA action level: 4 pCi/L. Testing: short-term (2-7 days), long-term (90+ days), or professional. Mitigation: sub-slab depressurization, relatively inexpensive. Disclosure allows informed decisions and negotiation.
