Restraining Orders and Temporary Injunctive Relief in Florida

FL restraining order: temporary injunction (Rule 1.610) or DV injunction (Section 741.30). TRO: ex parte in emergencies, lasts until hearing (15 days). Must show: likelihood of success, irreparable harm, balance of equities, and public interest. Progression: TRO (emergency) → temporary injunction (hearing) → permanent (trial). Each requires higher showing.
