Section 1328 (Chapter 13 Discharge)

Section 1328: Chapter 13 discharge. 1328(a): full discharge after completing all payments. 1328(b): hardship discharge (circumstances beyond control, at least Chapter 7 value paid, modification impracticable). Non-dischargeable: DSOs, certain taxes, student loans, DUI injuries, restitution. Broader than Ch. 7: discharges some property settlement debts and government fines.
