Special Purpose Entity (SPE)

Definition: A Shared Driveway Agreement is a legal document that establishes the rights and responsibilities of two or more property owners who share access to a common driveway. It defines how the driveway is to be used, maintained, and repaired, and helps prevent disputes over access or upkeep. The agreement ensures that all parties have clear, enforceable terms governing their shared use of the property.
