FL Statute of Frauds (Section 725.01): contracts must be written. Additional FL: loan commitments over $50K (Section 687.0304), suretyship, RE disposition (leases 1+ year). One-year rule: if ANY possibility of completion in 1 year, writing not required. Email/e-signatures satisfy (Section 668.50). Modifications: if original within Statute, modification must be written. "No oral modification" clauses enforced. All mods should be written.
