Quality: first inch captured and treated. Erosion: silt fences, barriers. ERP required: water management district or FDEP. Covers: surface water, dredge/fill, wetlands, floodplains. Development: 10-20% of costs; 30-90 day permit; ongoing HOA/CDD maintenance. Engineer early.
