FL tortious interference with contract: inducing breach of existing, enforceable contract. Elements: valid contract, knowledge, intentional inducement, actual breach, and damages. Inducement: persuading employee to violate non-compete, offering customers better deal, threats, and false information. Not: truthful information, legal advice, or legitimate competition. Remedies: compensatory (lost profits), punitive (willful/malicious), injunctive, and recover from third party (breaching party also liable).
