FL-specific: sinkhole exclusions, construction defects possible exclusion. Recommended: $1M minimum; higher limits (multiple properties); substantially higher limits (high-net-worth). FL factors: litigation-friendly, hurricane, tourism, and waterfront. Claims: underlying pays first, then umbrella; SIR for gaps. Coverage should equal net worth.
