Virtual Closing

Definition: Virtual Closing is a real estate transaction process that allows buyers, sellers, and other parties to complete the closing remotely using digital tools and electronic signatures. Instead of meeting in person, all documents are signed, verified, and exchanged online through secure platforms. Virtual closings have become increasingly common due to advancements in technology and the growing acceptance of electronic notarization. This method provides convenience, efficiency, and accessibility, especially for out-of-state or international clients.
