Racketeering Enterprises in Florida

FL racketeering enterprise: any entity or associated-in-fact group. "Pattern": 2+ acts within 5 years (Section 895.02(4)), interrelated, with continuity. Civil RICO in RE: developer fraud, title company fraud, lending fraud, and property management embezzlement. Treble damages: judgment equals three times the actual damages + fees. Enterprise can be legitimate or illegitimate.
