Notice of Non-Responsibility in Florida Construction

A notice of non-responsibility disclaims owner liability for unauthorized tenant construction work. Chapter 713 does not specifically recognize it (unlike some states), but posting may help establish owner non-authorization. Best protection: lease provisions restricting tenant improvements and requiring lien waivers/bonds.
