The NTO (Section 713.06(2)) must be served within 45 days of first furnishing to protect construction lien rights. "THIS IS NOT A LIEN" warning required. Serve on owner, contractor, and lender by certified mail. Late NTO: lien limited to amounts unpaid at time of service.
