About
Abigail secured her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Florida Southern College in 2018 while simultaneously competing as a collegiate athlete on the women’s soccer team. During her academic tenure at Florida Southern, Abigail presided as President of the Florida Southern Enactus Chapter, an esteemed organization committed to the advancement and expansion of aspiring entrepreneurs and their young businesses.
In 2021, Abigail acquired her Juris Doctorate Degree from Stetson University College of Law. Prior to her affiliation with the litigation department at Barnes Walker, Goethe, Perron, Shea & Robinson, PLLC, Abigail amassed a diverse array of legal experience, including personal injury litigation, business/corporate law, and veterans claims law, having been admitted under the US Court of Appeals for Veteran’s Claims.
During her time as an associate with the litigation department at Barnes Walker, and under the tutelage of Andre R. Perron, Esq., Abigail has specialized in real property disputes, including but not limited to partitions and quiet title actions, business/corporate legal disputes/consultations, and related probate/trust litigation.
Growing up here in Bradenton, the Bradenton/Sarasota community holds a special place in Abigail’s heart, and therefore zealously representing clients in this area is a point of pride for her. Abigail, her husband Michael, and daughter Amelia reside in Bradenton and enjoy boating, good food, and spending time with their family and Olde English bulldog Churchill.
