About
Brandon Robinson, Esq. earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Hannibal-LaGrange University in Hannibal, Missouri—the boyhood home of Mark Twain—in 2011. He later graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida, earning his Juris Doctor and a Certificate of Concentration in Elder Law in 2015. During law school, Brandon received the Matthew Bender Elder Law Book Award and the William F. Blew Pro Bono Service Award, having completed over 470 hours of pro bono service.
He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2015 and is also licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Additionally, he is an accredited attorney with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. Brandon’s practice focuses primarily on wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, guardianship, and veterans’ disability benefits.
Brandon has been recognized for his professional excellence, being named a 2024 Rising Star by Super Lawyers and earning an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards.
