Jeff was originally appointed by Past President Dori Foster-Morales of The Florida Bar to serve on the Rules of Judicial Administration Committee for the 2020–2022 term. This distinguished committee is responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and recommending amendments to the Florida Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration — the framework that governs the operation, management, and procedural conduct of courts across the State of Florida.

During his initial two-year term, Jeff played an active role in the committee’s work by volunteering to serve on two specialized subcommittees, contributing his insight and experience to the refinement of statewide judicial procedures. His efforts supported initiatives designed to improve efficiency, accessibility, and fairness within Florida’s court system.

Recognizing his professionalism, leadership, and continued dedication to advancing the legal process, President-Elect Gary S. Lesser of The Florida Bar reappointed Jeff to a second two-year term. This reappointment reflects not only Jeff’s deep understanding of court administration and procedural law but also his ongoing commitment to public service and the betterment of Florida’s judicial system.
